Terms and Conditions


Our quotes are based on the information supplied by you/your company at the time of enquiry. Should a project change (i.e. increased word count, more voices needed, recording to video rather than a straight read etc.), we reserve the rights to adjust our quote for that particular project accordingly.

Please make sure you let us know in what markets and territories your product is to be used, bearing in mind that if the project is not for internal corporate use then a usage fee has to be applied.

Please make sure you specify whether you need male or female voice(s) and whether

a) you would like us to submit voice samples for you to choose from or

b) you would like to leave the voice selection up to us


We have 30 day payment terms from the date of project. If your company provides PO numbers, we would need to have that before we send the invoice. All prices are exclusive of VAT.


We expect our clients to confirm any booking at least 48 hours before the session is due to take place. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

If you have very specific requirements for a project, we recommend that you attend the session personally, so that you can give your input during the session and then walk away with a final product that you are happy with. Another option is to follow the session via remote access (via ISDN, Skype or TBU).

Clients who decide not to attend a session should provide detailed information about how they prefer the voice over to be conducted in terms of speed, tone and pronunciation. We recommend that you provide us with a PRONUNCIATION GUIDE as we cannot be held responsible for the voice artist’s delivery unless specifically instructed beforehand. If no pronunciation guide is supplied, any necessary re-records will subsequently have to be at the client's expense.

For any foreign language sessions we recommend booking a linguistic director – a qualified native speaker who can attend the session and make sure the script is recorded correctly. In the unlikely event that the project is re-recorded we would correct at no extra charge providing it was a mistake on our end and not caused by:

a) poor translation

b) not being given the correct script(s)

c) not being issued with clear instructions.

If no pronunciation guide is supplied, any necessary re-records will subsequently have to be at the client's expense.
